Telehealth Visits
Troy Internal Medicine is now performing Telehealth Visits. We use the HIPAA secure Telemedicine service Doxy.me to have our providers meet with patients remotely on their phones, tablets, and computers. If you would like a Telehealth visit with your provider, please:
- You must call the office to schedule your Telehealth appointment at 248-267-5000
- Ensure you are using an updated web browser (such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari)
- Locate your providers virtual waiting room link below
- Click on your provider’s link 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time
- Enter your name where prompted and hit submit
- Allow use of your devices camera and microphone
- When your provider is ready, they will join the video call with you
