Patients who have already signed up for Follow My Health and have an iPhone can now also view their available medical data in the the Apple Health app.

Our office uses Follow My Health as our patient portal, and patients can now also view their available medical records from our office, and any other participating office you connect with in the Apple Health app, all in one place.

How do I connect to Apple Health?

On your iPhone, open the Apple Health app and tap the Browse tab. Scroll to the Health Records section and tap “Add Account,” then search for “Troy Internal Medicine.”

Use your Follow My Health login username and password to sign in.

Is Apple Health a replacement for Follow My Health?

No, Apple Health is not a replacement for Follow My Health. We are offering Health Records on iPhone to make it easier for you to view your available health records from Troy Medical Center and other institutions all in one place in the Health app on iPhone.

What if I don’t have a Follow My Health account?

You will need to create a Follow My Health account with our office first.  View our Follow My Health information here.

My username and password aren’t working when I try to connect to Apple Health, what do I do?

For your Follow My Health account only, you can send a web message or call our office at 248-267-5000 x3007 to receive a recovery email. The recovery email will tell you what your username is and allow you to reset your password.

I’m connected to another provider on Apple Health. Can my doctor see the other documents in Apple Health?

No, we cannot view any of the information in your Apple Health account at this time.
