Secure Email

Every email containing patient information needs to be encrypted to be sent out of our office. If you are expecting an email from our office, there are a few more steps to open our encrypted email than a standard email message.

  • Your secure email will come from noreply@barracuda.com. This often ends up in your Spam folder, so be sure to check there as well.
  • Please do not reply to the secure email notification message, call the office for further assistance at 248-267-5000.
  • Opening the secure messages tends to work better on a laptop or desktop computer than on a phone.
  • In the secure email, click on the “click here” link to start accessing your encrypted message.
  • A new webpage will open. Here you will need to create a password if it is your first time receiving a secure email from our office. Any time you need to access a secure email from our office, use the password you created here.   If you do not remember your password, please click on the “reset or Change password” link to reset your password.
