Our physicians are available for appointments as follows:

Monday - 7:30 to 6:00
Tuesday - 7:30 to 6:00 Wednesday - 8:30 to 5:00 Thursday - 7:30 to 5:30 Friday - 7:30 to 5:00 |
We offer a wide variety of ancillary services that can also be scheduled during these times, including: x-ray, mammography, ultrasound, echocardiography, bone mineral density testing (DEXA scan), and treadmill stress testing.
We are open for urgent care on Saturday from 9:00 to 12:00.
Our lab is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 to 12:30 and 1:30 to 4:30.
Appointment Information
We offer a variety of services:
| 1) | Office visits - Usually by appointment; please call the office to schedule |
| 2) | Physical exams - Routine, yearly exams, work or school exams, scheduled in advanced. Please call 2 to 3 months in advance if possible, as more time is allowed for these visits. |
| 3) | Urgent appointments - If possible, please call the office to schedule an appointment with your physician or any available physician. If urgent,walk-ins to the office will be cared for as quickly as possible. |
| 4) | Emergencies - For any potentially life threatening condition (e.g., chest pain, shortness of breath, etc.) please call 911 or go directly to the nearest emergency room. |
| 5) | Executive Health Physicals are now available in our new state-of-the-art facility. Please see the Executive Health Services section of this web site or fill out our contact form for additional information. |
| 6) | Ultrafast CT Scan of the coronary arteries - Please call our office at (248) 267-5000 and press option #8 to schedule an appointment. After Hours Care/Calls
In case of emergency, please dial 911 or proceed directly to the nearest
emergency department. For urgent medical calls, please call the physicians'
answering service (248) 351-4708. Appropriate calls will be forwarded to the
physician on call. Please do not call after hours for prescription refills, lab
results, test results, or any non-urgent matter.
Hospital Admissions
Troy Internal Medicine, P.C. is an "office based" practice. Although there are tight affiliations between the physicians and William Beaumont Hospital-Royal Oak, (e.g., teaching, committees, etc.) they do not "round' on the hospitalized patients daily. Fees and Payments
Payment is expected at the time of service. We accept most major insurance plans. Please contact our billing department by pressing option #4 on the general phone line or you can email your question to them at billing@troyinternalmedicine.com. Please provide the following information:
